I have extensive experience and training in various areas of telecommunications including 2G/3G data as well as LTE/IMS – VoLTE and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) call flow. I am highly proficient in network design including the ALU/Genband MGW, ALU IMS (CTS/ISC/ASBC), SGSN, GGSN, MME, S-GW, P-GW, NSS, PCRF and CSCF functions. oIPRT Integration Engineer (09/14 – 01/26)

Verizon Wireless and C-Spire - Perform data integrity verification of ALU 7750, 7740, 7705 7210 and 1678 nodes in preparation for software upgrades. Report all discrepancies, through chain management, to customers. Perform software upgrades following approved Method of Procedures documents. Perform software upgrades following approved Method of Procedures documents. Provide validation of Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supporting software integration and deployment work. Deployed and Integrated Alcatel-Lucent Atrium Wireless Call Server (WCS) products with Wireless Media Gateway (WMG) and Inter Working Facility (IWF) systems including G9 WMG Adds, 2G/3G Pooling and WMG Rehomes as well as all prerequisite activities. oSr. Systems Design and Strategy Engineer (12/05 – 01/12)

Created detailed design documents (SED – System Engineering Documents) to implement new Alcatel, Tellabs, Nortel, Ericsson, IP Access, and Nokia hardware being integrated into T-Mobile’s switching facilities and provided technical expertise on those systems being integrated. Completed, reviewed, and coordinated Customer Information Queries (CIQs) used for the purpose of installation and integration of new equipment as well as upgrades. Lead team of internal and external members in creation of new format integrating SED and CIQ data into coherent single source document per vendor product.
