PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The GTS Customer Relationship Management application enables Sales Force Automation using SIEBEL e-Finance tool for the GTS Sales organization globally. The desire of the GTS business is to move its client management organization onto a sales incentive plan (SIP), which directly correlates pay with the performance of the individual. The project objective is to compute the variable commission-able pay of Cash, Agency and Trust and Securities and Fund services sales representatives based on performance. There are three modules involved: CRM, Issuer and Trade. Data flows from CRM to Issuer and the Trade of the sales representatives are calculated based on performance. The data feed is sent to Analytics. RESPONSIBILITIES:
