Bereavement Pottsboro, TX January 2018 - Current My husband passed after an illness that was lengthy and a 40 year marriage. In addition my adopted grandson in the 82nd Airborne, was deployed several times which added stress. I have had some medical issues of my own and Covid have prevented me from returning to working full time. Applied suitable interventions to meet needs of patients and families and demonstrated understanding of community health, welfare, and social agencies. Completed initial intakes and follow-up assessments and coordinated resources and referrals based on assessment.
Established strong relationships with community organizations to broaden available resources for grieving families.
