After reviewing the Sales Manager role, I was immediately drawn to the opportunity because it aligns my experience working with manufacturing, territory management, strategic client development, and connect to my firsthand exposure to millwright projects. Throughout my career, I managed to expand territories in the B2B arena with C-Level clients and navigated through operational environments where outcomes define success.

Over time I’ve discovered that my greatest impact comes not simply from selling, but from leadership within the sales process: developing sound strategy, aligning teams and helping organizations execute, meeting clear expectations.

My professional philosophy is grounded in a few principles:

• Understanding objectives and underlying needs creates the foundation for opportunity.

• Maintaining composure under pressure while prioritizing sound judgement over ego.

• Never confusing activity with meaningful results.

• Clarity over noise in strategy and communication.

Sales is something I came to understand at a young age as more than a function – it is woven into every successful organization and, in many ways, the human condition. Because of that perspective, I’m eager to continue growing in a role where I can contribute creativity, accountability, and strong relationship stewardship to help an organization scale, stabilize, and evolve.

I’m excited to learn more about what Carl Hirschmann is building and where my background could add value. Even though I’m not fluent in Spanish, it is always a bonus to polish it and connect with others in their own native tongue as circumstances permit.
