Travel and work at various casinos repairing, installing, removing our machines specific to our company. We had a proprietary software for our machines that took extensive training to learn. This job also required the ability to work with various tools on different machines. Knowing how to take them apart and put them back together was critical as it involved hardware components as well as computer components. All of this had to be done in a live environment because casinos are open 24 hours a day. This required the ability to work with the public as well as being under pressure not to hurt patrons as well as get the job done. There was a great deal of troubleshooting ability to decide if it was mechanical or a software issue in a live environment.
