Duties: Prepare and update Grants Proposals and contact local potential Sponsors for danations, assess performance following baseball/softball competition, identifying strengths and weaknesses of Staff and participating Youth and making adjustments to improve future performance. Maintain equipment use and reorder levels to assure adequate practice and game opportunities. Organize baseball/softball events and clinics according to established rules and regulations. Attended scheduled practice and training sessions. Provided instructions for Staff and Board Members and Coaching staff prior to and after events, and discuss their performance afterwards. Maintained optimum physical fitness levels by training regularly.

Setup meetings with Elective officials, School Boarboard members, Principals and official, Law Enforcement and Recreation and Parks official to maintain the safety of the facility by reporting any illegal activities. Fundamentals is the taught along with sportsmanship.
