Recruited to provide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consulting as part of the strategic process of managing the complete journey for their PMA-234 Next Gen. Jammers to be on-boarded, integrated with Enterprise PLM Solution for NAVAIR (AvPLM), from initial ideation, development, service, and disposal for The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), which provides materiel support for aircraft and airborne weapon systems for the United States Navy. Collaborated with the AvPLM team to finalize the Agile stories for PMA-234 presented to CCB (Change Control Board).
Risk, Requirements, Data, and GAP Analysis
Collaborated with PMA-234 for their Next Gen., low band and mid-band Jammers to understand their needs and specific requirements for PLM.
Delivered recommendations, including the benefits and risks of each COA (Course of Action), including NAVAIR Enterprise Solution for PLM – AvPLM, and set up an instance for PMA-234 for their low band
Supported the AvPLM team in identifying gaps between the enterprise AvPLM solution and PMA-234 requirements, data model, and CDRL import process.
Worked on data analysis for mid-band BOM and documented data using data extracted from Windchill. Mapped data to the import template provided by the AVPLM team, staged data for mid-band BOMs (Bill of Material) from OEM, and prepared documents to be imported into Teamcenter using the eQube import tool.
