During the 2020-21 school year I taught as a long-term 3rd grade substitute teacher at Woodland Elementary. I taught virtual, hybrid, and in person for the entire school year. I gained a wealth of knowledge and skills serving in this capacity. I can teach on serval platforms as result of the opportunity afforded me at Henry County schools.

This was a rewarding experience to watch my students grow as they learned a new language. I used Total Physical Response (TPR) to teach each of my ESL students, a technique that really enhanced my teaching skills and helped my students to learn English easier and more efficiently.
