From 2016-2017 I worked as a Project Administrator for Fluor Construction at a Construction Site in Boulder, Colorado. By learning about the construction world, I learned about punch lists that the crew needed to complete on a weekly basis and I tended to copying, scanning and saving Engineering drawings and protocols and put them out for the team to view whenever they may need them in either the Document Control Center or in Protocol library. I had two laptops and two desks to tend to the needs of both Fluor Construction as well as AstraZeneca, from whom Fluor was upgrading a building, for with a $1.6B federal grant. I also worked at Stone & Webster Engineering for 3 years working with Engineering drawings where the company created Power Plants and a Field Administration Building. I was a Project Administrator with emphasis on document control.
Since October of 2024 I have worked 4 short term contracts from home. Two months ago I started began working for the State of Colorado Department of Early Childhood with a Google Spreadsheet which consists of 1400 Preschools in the state of Colorado. By sending out emails to the Preschool directors, I am collecting missing the missing documents that the Department needs in order to send out Certificates. My short-term contracts usually centers around updating a Company’s main database. By picking up new ECMS and EDMS databases fairly quickly, that can save the Company’s considerable amount of finances.

As a Volunteer I was an Activities Coordinator for five years for the singles group at Heritage Christian Center.
