LOLO is an e-business application designed to automate ordering processes used by Telstra Wholesale Service Providers. LOLO supports provisioning and activation for PSTN & DSL services. LOLO provides a front-end to Service Provider (SP) to activate, configure, modify, deactivate and enquire various services via submitting provisioning requests.

NBN is an application built on top of LOLO application (Legacy) to support some of their products.

The LOLO GUI requires enhancements to support NBN products and services ordering, tracking and management from LOLO. The enhancements could be broadly categorized as below:

Enhancements to the existing GUI screens to provide options to order manage NBN based products and services.

Changes to the navigation model to traverse through GUI screens for NBN related requests.
