I am seeking a Part- Time or Full - Time position your company. I have a strong history record of customer satisfaction. You will notice much of my experience is with Higher Education. While working at The University of Texas at San Antonio Police Department, I performed administrative duties as well as a supervisory role, while earning both my BA and MA. After earning my degrees, I worked as an Academic Advisor, where I advised undergraduate students on academic issues, such as degree plans, course selection, academic programs, and university policy. I also worked with students to connect with university resources.

• Support Administrative Secretary with (Counselor Office) front desk duties:

o Process and add student’s name to list for Credit Recovery, Alternative School (exits and return’s), ensure that all records regarding student’s academic records are updated in the appropriate time frame.
