EXPERIENCE:
Lucky Kohistan Cotton Ginning Pressing Factory & Oil Mills Limited, Shahdadpur, Sindh March 2021 – July 2023
Lucky Kohistan is involved in the processing of raw cotton, converting it into usable fiber and obtaining cottonseed oil. The company supports both the agricultural and textile industries by providing quality cotton products.
I started as a junior engineer and was subsequently promoted to Senior Engineer. My main role was to ensure that all machines operated safely and efficiently during the production process.
Key responsibilities included daily machine maintenance and prompt issue resolution to prevent downtime.
: Student Manager 1 Sept 2024 to 30 January 2026 University of Hartford: ITS Student Technician, (Sept 2025–Present): As an ITS Student Technician, I help students and staff with their computer or network issues, set up equipment, and ensure campus technology runs smoothly each day.
Graduate Teaching Assistant – University of Hartford (2026–Present) Assisted with teaching and lab support in ENG courses Project Skills:
Dec 2024: 100W Inverter Circuit (12V-220V) Using Transistors: Developed an analog control system for an inverter using OrCAD, and to achieve the highest performance, a two-layer PCB was designed and implemented.
April 2025: Solar-Powered LED Street Lamp with Battery Back-Up: In this project, we created and tested a solar-powered LED streetlamp that uses a buck converter and a battery backup to keep the lights on even at night or during power outages. May 2025: Hall Effect Pulse Counter:
Created a digital counter that accurately counts pulses from 0 to 999 using Hall-effect sensors and discrete logic ICs. The Hall Effect sensor detects changes in a magnetic field generated by a rotating object, converting these into electrical pulses. This project was developed to measure rotation and motion in industrial systems that require real-time accuracy.
December 2025: Design and implementation of SCADA through Modbus IP and creating a database with SQL using PLC:
Developed and simulated a SCADA-based monitoring and control system, implementing Modbus communication between PLCs and HMI software for real-time data acquisition and error-free process automation. Internship:
220KV Grid Station GSO NTDC (National Transmission and Dispatch Company) Hala Road Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan June 2019 I gained hands-on knowledge of transformer operations, equipment, maintenance, load management, and safety protocols.
