• Ensure that up-to-date technical documentation exists for all services provided to our customers and take ownership for reporting.

o Under the supervision of Helios Towers Ghana and the aid of NETIS NOC team;

• Monitor telecommunications networks and systems in real-time

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues using specialized tools and software

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and software updates

• Collaborate with other teams, including field technicians and engineering
