Skills Summary
A major skill that I acquire I can slow down and enhance sound mix and master audio due to my immense audio experience and studio equipment. Fluently work with PROTOOLS, LOGIC, ABLETON, and X AIR XR18 digital audio mixer. Able to create and work with a masses of different genres due to the expertise of playing piano. Worked with multiple underground bands/artists in the making of there projects. Understand the aspects of content creation and genre creation. Work fluently in artist- fan connections. With 18 consecutive artists actively involved in the underground music industry. I am very self motivated and enthusiastic when it comes to audio mix and mastering. Anything that involves protools and logic I’m all for it.
Another one of my major skills is being able to create anything from scratch in a kitchen full of ingredients. Fluent in all cuisines and cultures specialize in sushi Japanese cuisine Asian cuisine and Italian cuisine. Spanish cuisine is what I currently cook now paella’s and tapas @ café baba reeba.
I’ve also offer private couples dinner, family dinner and breakfast referrals. Going on 5 years now with 6 consistent customers, yearly. Catered a few weddings and funerals have done multiple pop-up menus in the Chicago land area one of my most popular was the breakfast pop-up.
Ive also been a audio engineer for 8 years self taught been in school going on 3 years currently taking a break to get finances in order. 2 years in professional internship.

I’m 2017 I was offered by the culinary school I attended to volunteer in the Chicago gourmet and I had the opportunity to cook with many restaurants in the Chicago land area.
