Quoted sales prices to and took telephone and email orders for bulk and bagged product from customers. Arranged trucking and sometimes rail deliveries for orders through the plants or an outside logistics company. Handled issues with orders. Entered “purchase order” and “sales order” data and formulas into Oracle. Used Oracle’s virtual warehouses to receive, batch, ship, and drop ship product.
