Computer Service / Repair:
Technical / Consulting services:
In Shop - $65.00 per hour.
On Site - $70.00 per hour.
Specialized Data Recovery services - $150.00 per hour. In Shop services only.
Help Desk Services:
Help Desk - Standard:
Calls are returned within a 48 hour business day period.
(Unless prior arrangements are made for assistance)
Billed as used on actual time usage, in 15 minute increments.
Standard fees apply.
Help Desk - Gold Plan:
Pre-paid plans are available.
Call for more information.
Travel Fees:
$1.85 per mile in excess of 40 miles round trip, with prior approval and scheduling by Enhanced Ideas.
Clients are required to pay additional fees, if applicable, with prior agreement:
All lodging / hotel expenses.
Meals – $60.00 per day or actual meal costs, which ever is lower.
Rental car – if needed.
All transportation costs, if driving personal vehicle is not feasible.
Software Training:
Beginner & Intermediate Software Training:
$38.50 / HR for up to 2 people.
$18.00 / HR for each additional person after the initial 2 people.
Classroom training limited to 8 students per class.
Advanced Software Training:
$48.50 / HR for up to 2 people.
$28.00 / HR for each additional person after the initial 2 people.
Classroom training limited to 8 students per class.

Pricing & Payment Generals:
The fee combination may vary per session and per hour, depending upon:
Technical / Consulting services being rendered.
If location of work or system pick up / delivery is in or out of our local area.
Level of software training.
Number of people in training session.
Fees are assessed on actual time, usage, & travel fees (if applicable), if you do not have an Enhanced Ideas Warranty Plan.
Holidays & Sundays – fees are double the normal rate.
Saturdays – fees are 1 the normal rate.
Rush Jobs – fees are double the normal rate.
Job that is client requested & work done after regular business hours.
Job requiring rescheduling of another job to accommodate it.
Payment options (without Enhanced Ideas Warranty Plan):
Corporate Accounts - Invoicing per weekly charges on Net 10 day terms.
(As long as payment history remains in good standing)
Established residential clients may be eligible for the invoicing option. Ask if your account qualifies.
Check, Cash, or Credit Card at the time of services, for the amount in full.
Minimum $30.00 fee for any & all returned checks.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. All accounts in good standing will receive a 15 day grace period before the new pricing will go into effect.
29% annual late fee charged on all past due balances, unless special arrangements are made for your account balance.
Storage fees are assessed at $10.00 per day on all equipment stored in Enhanced Ideas shop due to non-payment or dispute of bill. Storage fees start accruing the day of said non-payment or dispute.
Enhanced Ideas is not liable for any system changes or modifications made by anyone who is not Enhanced Ideas personnel. Or for any system changes or modifications requested by the customer where in Enhanced Ideas personnel has recommended against doing.
We reserve the right to refuse granting any privileges offered in this packet and/or services per an individual client and/or job basis. We reserve the right of copyright for all original media produced.
