We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 experience and deep understanding of the commercial electrical construction lifecycle. Electrical Project Scheduler Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.

● Build and manage baseline schedules aligned with contract milestones.

● Plan and sequence electrical installation including underground rough-in, overhead rough-in, switchgear, bus duct, lighting, equipment set, testing, and energization.

● Coordinate schedule integration with general contractor master schedules.

● Incorporate long-lead procurement items including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and lighting packages.

● Support manpower planning, labor loading, and production rate analysis.

● Prepare 2-week, 4-week, and 6-week look-ahead schedules for field teams.

● Monitor schedule performance and perform variance analysis.

● Conduct time impact analysis and delay documentation.

● Participate in project progress meetings with GC and internal teams. Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling (electrical or MEP preferred).

● Primavera P6 experience strongly preferred.

● Experience in commercial electrical construction, data centers, or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.

● Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and installation sequencing.

● Familiarity with prefabrication workflows and procurement scheduling.

● Experience working with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.

● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
