I also have several TEEX and TML certifications which I am updating constantly. Currently, I am assisting in updating the employee handbook, have just gotten MuniCity up and running so that many residents can apply for permits online rather than coming into the office. I am also capable of replacing the other clerk when she’s absent.

Responsible for and certified in administrating different exams from 10 different companies. Responsible for computer troubleshooting, upkeep, upgrades, downloading new material/links from the companies and general running of the office. Interacting daily with 10 to 30 clients for testing purposes, making sure they have a good, positive testing experience. Additionally, I was in charge of depositing monies collected from proctoring fees, ordering supplies and making sure the office is in good shape. I initiated opening on Sundays and staying later on Saturdays thus bringing more clients into the company for testing.
