Accomplishments:

Promoted to 5-7 Supervisor in November. Then promoted to Group Lessons Supervisor in January. Promoted to Seasonal Career Professional Program in late January 2025.

Facilitated instructor requested focus group to improve Main Lodge Ski and Ride School Operations.

Lift Operations Department inquired directly on snow to ask if I would facilitate an interdepartmental gathering between Lift Operations and Ski and Ride School.

Lead ski school programming and configuration for Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain. Programmed and configured Big Bear Mountain Resorts products.

Manage system issues, configuration of pricing, products, and process, determine root cause and coordinate/educate other resort managers through process for escalations. Responsibility includes vendor management, to ensure system issues are analyzed thoroughly prior to implementation. Strengths include quality assurance testing in multiple environments to analyze all impacts of potential system fix.

Developed system business requirements and change management documentation including implementation plans, test process, test plans and training documentation.

Initially hired in November of 2010 as a ski instructor for Main Lodge Ski and Ride School.

Responsible for managing up to 5 separate venues around Mammoth Mountain Resort.

Promoted to manage an eCommerce platform project to interface with Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) systems.
