Driving around chillicothe to gas stations, dollar stores, and other retail stores that sell red bull. Rotating, ordering, stocking, and making features to make sure red bull sections in the stores are full with a variety of flavors and looks picture perfect.

Assist the store manager to run the store and direct employees in the tasks needing to be done. Supervise the truck unloading process and stocking process. Checking up with employees constantly to make sure they are performing assigned tasks correctly and efficiently. Customer service in all areas of the store, including furniture, keeping up with the furniture manager to make sure a display of each item is out for customers to see all the variety we have available. This was key for our sales bonuses and furniture bonus incentives.

I started as a stocker in the grocery department. I was promoted to meat department supervisor, where I was responsible for ensuring full shelves and fresh meat for customers was available. Achievements
DT Have consistent positive customer feedback on how clean, neat, organized, friendly, and well stocked the store was.
DT Top gun (highest increase in sales) for the year, in district two times and was second once, in the three years as store manager among 18 stores in district. Have been top gun for 13 quarters during career.
DT / BL Directly responsible for many promotions within my own staff and one person two times, now a store manager herself and another training to become a store manager.
BL. Took over the seasonal department, merchandising, and helped us be at the top of the district in sales in those categories. Leading to less end of season markdowns.
BL. Leading in the condensing of the store as we slowly sell out for our closing. Being creative in merchandising the store fixtures on the sales floor so they can be sold at top dollar.
