Performing Microbiological analysis of raw material and finished products (TPC, E.COLI, STAPH, SALMONELLA, VIBRIO SPP) & Antibiotic screening (CAP, AOZ, AMOZ, AHD, SEM) of all incoming and finished products.

Monitoring production, maintaining lab, production, surrounding records and preparing EIA documents for all shipments.

Documents preparation for BRC, HACCP, ISO, HALAL Certification. TRAINING ATTENDED

Successfully Completed the Training Course on Seafood HACCP Conducted From Feb 2024 By MPEDA. The Course Is Based on Standardized Curriculum Developed By U.S Seafood HACCP Alliance With Special Reference To U.S Seafood HACCP Regulations. PERSONAL DETAILS
