Document Management: Assist in preparing, maintaining, and organizing documents such as program reviews, meeting minutes, workshops, and action tracking.
Meeting Facilitation and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, capture meeting minutes and action items.
Communication Support: Assist in drafting and disseminating communication to/from stakeholders, and relevant parties; Help maintain distribution lists, and contact information.
Reporting Assistance: Gather data from various sources for the creation of reports; Support the preparation and distribution of status updates, and other regular reports.
Training Logistics: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars; Handle registrations, manage attendance lists, and assist in preparation of training materials.
Budgeting and Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking expenses and budget utilization; Support the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
Event Logistics: Support the coordination of events; Handle venue booking, catering, equipment setup and other logistics.
General Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies and equipment; Handle correspondence, including mail and emails and direct them to appropriate personnel; Collect feedback after workshops and/or training to facilitate continuous improvement.
