The Bakersfield Condors (09/24 - 04/25) – Game Day Event Staff This is a Part-Time position focused on executing all things "Condors" on game and event nights (game days) Promotions: Displays the ultimate Bakersfield Condors spirit and is responsible for getting Condors fans energized, excited, and entertained at each home game and select events throughout the community. Promo Team members play an integral role in the Condors fan experience by greeting each fan with enthusiasm, hosting on-ice contests, throwing t-shirts/promo items, handing out prize coupons, assisting in sponsored aspects of the game, and representing the organization at the highest level. Merchandise Associates: A salesperson for the Bakersfield Condors during home games.
