Trust Account Manager/Admin. Asst./Marketing

August 2018 to September 2025

Began as Trust Account Manager overseeing the inhouse Debt Management Program for over 200 clients. Worked with these clients to set up new credit card payment arrangements based on using a DMP including sending out proposals, disbursing payments 3 times a month to creditors for clients, updating balances, getting payoff estimates, and assisting clients along their 3-5 years payment schedule to achieve successful completion by paying off all debts enrolled in a DMP. Became a Certified Financial Counselor through the NFCC Educational Program. Also assisted with Social Media and marketing efforts including hosting a weekly FB LIVE event on different financial topics to educate our followers online. Volunteered at agency outreach events whenever possible. Worked as a backup to the front office staff answering phones, scheduling appointments with our counselors for new and existing clients and helping with administrative duties as needed. Worked on securing grant funding by outreach efforts statewide to banks and credit unions resulting in several new partnerships being formed which resulted in funding being provided directly to the agency for continued services. Provided data entry for grant data needed on a quarterly basis for several different grants and continually and kept these spreadsheets updated. Looked for new grant opportunities and alerted Executive Staff when possible new sources of funding were found.
