Starting on September 18, 2000, I was employed by AT&T at the world-headquarters in Dallas, TX. While I started off in a non-management position, I was quickly converted over to Management in an Administrative Assistant position for an Executive Director. From this entry-level position, I worked myself up to an Executive Assistant position for a Senior Vice President and then on to a Senior Specialist – Project Manager. Luckily, my time and tenure with AT&T afforded me the ability to officially retire with 22 years of service because of a work-force reduction on October 7, 2022.
