11-2010 thru 11-2014 Install Inc. Sanford N.C. Piping and Rigging Division Manager

I was responsible for estimating and executing large rigging and piping projects across NC. As well as Delaware. I answered directly to Mr. Anson Harrington(Buddy)

4-2008 thru 10-2010 Nations Industrial Construction Manager I was responsible for day to day operations for the mechanical and rigging for the Capt. Morgan Distillery in Frederiksted ST. Croix USVI. I had a workforce of over 500 men and women. This was by far my largest mechanical project to date with a value of over 200 million with over 1 million tons of equipment to be rigged in place. The project was a huge success and the complete project utilized the metric unit system.

11-2006 thru 3-2008 Islands Mechanical General Supt. I was responsible for the complete installation of 2 Hersey Boilers for the Water and Power Authority in St. Croix USVI. I worked directly for Mr. Bob Turnage owner of Islands Mechanical. I maintained a work force of approx.. 50 personnel throughout the project. The project consisted of heavy industrial rigging and high pressure steam piping adhering to b31:1.

2-1999 thru 1-2006 Encompass Mechanical/Gamewell Mechanical Sr Project Manager Managed numerous small projects ongoing at one time and in 2003 became the satellite office business manager in Durham N.C. I was responsible for sales, estimating,safety and profitability for the unit.

2-1995 thru 2-1999 Piedmont Piping Inc. I started the company from the ground up specializing in mechanical installations in N.C. 90 percent of my business was university work Duke, UNC, UNC-G, and NC State. I acquired an r stamp and we did a lot of code welding in the region . Hartford Steam Boiler was our ai. I sold to encompass in 1999.

2-1983 thru 2-1995 Southern Industrial I started in the business in 1983 as a pipefitter helper and grew into a journeyman fitter, rigger and welder. I was made a foreman after 4 years of service.
