Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst II Northrop Grumman Space Systems

Work Status: 2023-Present

-Program Control Analyst on the Operating Unit’s largest project (OneSAT program), duties involved maintaining Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics for a program totaling over $212 million dollars in Contract Value.

-Managed and Analyzed capital expenditures (CapEx) for the OneSAT program, identified and resolved a $1M+ program financial deficit through weekly reporting and data analysis to bring the deficit to less than $10,000 by the end of the first fiscal year.

-Portfolio Lead for the Booms & Unique’s Portfolio at the Deployables Operating Unit, oversaw financial execution for 9 individual programs totaling over $87.9 million dollars.

-Supported Monthly EAC processes involving utilizing tools such as COBRA, TM1, Cognos Costpoint, and NGFP to track financial performance and forecast on a weekly basis.

-Ensured accurate reporting and compliance with internal government standards such as GAAP, influenced program decisions through data driven analysis.

-Designed and implemented custom Microsoft Excel templates to improve tracking of program cost, milestone billing, and program performance.

-Provided financial and data analysis support for multiple large-scale programs including Amazon US, Amazon KFB Canada, Amazon Hub DP, Inspire Energy, Lumos Residential, and Verizon 5G.

-Collected, cleaned, and analyzed large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights to support program decisions.

-Analyzed revenue, cost, and performance data to support program performance and metrics such as forecasting, budgeting, and profit.
