Previous employment was primarily in the Restaurant & Hospitality industries since 1990 20 + Years of Information Technology general experience Tech. Support: (Both in person and remotely) Supported customers over the Phone stepping clients through troubleshooting techniques, also using remote desktop, VNC, Teams screen share to correct computer related issues remotely. On-Site Training: Trained clients on using the Program we specialized on. Includes proper procedures on shutting and starting computers, Maintenance utilities for programs. Sessions usually included printing Tickets, Customize Reports, Accounts Receivables, Management utilities, basic & advanced windows functions among others. Service Calls: On call services in which I would travel to some sites and Maintain Client Hardware and Software, many over-night stays depending on the company.
