Key Achievements:
• Trainer for the Department of Public Health San Francisco in Crisis Management of Assault/Aggression.
• Worked and help establish two of the Army’s Forward Surgical Support Teams, the first in Madison Wisconsin, the Second in Southfield Michigan. They were both highly instrumental in expediting, treating critical soldiers in all the recent occupations.
• Instrumental in establishing a safe home environment for a child who had just been placed on a trach/respirator, to include training the family on equipment/medications.

Effective January 1 of this year, I became the Nursing Support, and training for Integrity. Helping to prepare all our staff, houses and consumers for Family care and AFH establishment. Also, establishing protocols, assessments and inspections for all new consumers coming into the company. Began a training program for new hires and annual refresher training of all required areas (medication, behaviour, communication, ethics, consumer rights, mandatory reporter, HIPAA, OSHA and Standard Precautions and Restrictive Measures, etc.
