Leadership role and co-presenter with Monica Reynold to real estate and agents and assistants training and coaching with proven systems, and results

Designed and scaled a six-month training program, presented to hundreds, implemented systems to improve productivity and profitability. Leader of the growth of the program and achieved results of a record number of over 500 contracts signed and 500+ on each coaching call led by Monica and me. Personally logged over 40,000 coaching calls throughout my 20 years with MAPS and Mike Ferry Organization.
