JUNIOR ENGINEER R&D (MEDHA SERVO DRIVES Pvt.Ltd) July 2022 - Present Testing of DMDE Propulsion Motor

Performed the characteristic and temperature raise tests. Performed vibrations testing in 1/3 rd octaves analysis. Used the NI LabView for processing the vibration signal data. Performed EMI/EMC testing according to MIL standards, identified and controlled the root cause for the problems faced.

PMSM Motor Design & Validation for Electric Vehicles Basic analytical approximation of the machine parameters. Optimized the machine design and improved the efficiency and thermal performance. Pre-estimated the machine behavior for different test cases using simulation and analytical approaches.

Validation of the performance of the machine (Speed - Torque Operations, Thermal Operating Time) in the practical testing.

Analyzed the special operating cases like sudden short circuit transient current in simulation and validated it with the practical results.

Analyzed the resolver signals (sine & cosine waves) and estimated the rotor position. Automated the simulation process by creating standard MATLAB scripts. Created standard MATLAB scripts for the better visitation and understanding of the simulation results and effects.

Developed a MATLAB app to generate a pdf report for the simulation analysis performed on the machine. This report generation app is integrated with the MATLAB report generation library. Developed a python script to generate a editable libre office writer document for the simulation analysis performed. This python script was integrated with libre office python library. Utilized latex tool the creating the automatic report generation standard templated.
