•Resolved a $250K end-of-month billing crisis: Identified and fixed a critical FileZilla-to-Billtrust sync failure preventing customer discounts from populating, all customer orders were processing at $0. Issue had been live 3 days at end of month. Recovered and reconciled data across both platforms to restore correct discount records and resume normal order processing.

•Engineered multi-source data pipeline: Merged Active Directory and SISFIN financial system data using R for matching and joining, Python/Jupyter for cleaning and normalization, reducing manual reconciliation from hours to seconds per lookup.

•Built secure S3 data lake architecture on AWS: Implemented SSE-KMS encryption, bucket policy enforcement, HTTPS-only access, and CloudTrail audit logging, built for compliance from the ground up.
