plans based on patients identified needs and assessment. I am also skilled with case management in a
home health setting.Furthermore, I advocate for patients and their family's needs and provide emotional
support. My other responsibilities include supervising, monitoring, and providing support for unit staff as
a charge nurse . My most recent accomplishment is being employed as a Behavioral Health Registered
Nurse at one of our community hospitals. I am currently participating in continuing education to improve
