Summary

I am applying for position of Lab Analyst for Process Water Systems. I have a varied work history that includes teaching, agricultural warehouse work, and semi-truck driving. I am currently employed at Woodinville Whiskey warehouse in Quincy, Washington where whiskey is bottled and packaged. From 2001 to 2016 I worked as a laboratory technician for REC Silicon where duties included inspection of gauges for quality of super-high purity water intended for semi-conductor applications. I also have a basic knowledge of the steps involved in most water purification systems. I have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, and I am knowledgeable in most terminology associated with water chemistry, such as Ph, distillation, and coagulation. While I do not have direct experience in water treatment facilities, I have varied work experience along with formal education to meet the requirements to be a Process Water Systems Technician.

Experience to Qualify

1) Four years’ experience driving Class A semi-trucks.

2) Experienced operator of forklifts, pallet jacks, front-end loaders, sky-jacks, Class B potato truck.

3) Solid manual labor skills, including construction trade skills.

4) Perform accurate measurements and estimates.

5) Mindful of the need for careful and clear documentation of materials.

6) Familiarity with purification principles and systems
