Supports the operating room schedule by decontaminating, inspecting, assembling, packaging, and sterilizing surgical instruments. Assists the orthopedic team by ensuring the appropriate instrument set, equipment case carts are prepared for scheduled surgery.

The Canon Recruiting Group Children’s Hospital, Philadelphia, PA 2021- 2022 Equipment Technician. Supports the units by picking up soiled equipment. Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, bagging and tagging items. Ensured assigned unit was equipped with the proper sanitized equipment.
