Construction Manager/ Field Engineer

Managed CSS antenna installation for Cingular Wireless UMTS/ UTRAN upgrade which complemented existing Nokia and/or Ericsson GSM equipment. Responsible for managing seven member teams, logistics, scheduling, customer work completion packages for initial site upgrades, and final completion of UMTS upgrade.

Managed line sweeping and occasionally swept for UMTS lines and traditional TDMA lines using Anritsu sweeping gear.

Programmed PCU for UMTS electronic antenna tilts and RF optimization. Recorded tilt data and voltage status via computer software for each and every cell site. Then linked PCU’s to Cisco routers for remote integrity monitoring (i.e., RXI configuring and integration).
