Dear Hiring Manager,
With over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable and high-risk populations, I bring a
results-driven, trauma-informed approach to case management, crisis intervention, and multi-agency
collaboration. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of housing stability,
behavioral health, legal advocacy, and medical care, ensuring that individuals facing complex
challenges receive coordinated, comprehensive support that leads to measurable outcomes.
In my current role with AHF’s Healthy Housing Foundation, I manage a community-based caseload of
individuals living with HIV who are experiencing housing instability. Through structured needs
assessments, individualized service planning, landlord mediation, and coordinated medical
referrals, I support long-term housing retention and continuity of HIV primary care. My work
directly contributes to reduced eviction risk, improved treatment adherence, and strengthened
client self-sufficiency.
Previously, as a Domestic Violence Victim Advocate with the Dallas County District Attorney’s
Office and The Family Place High Risk Team, I conducted detailed risk assessments, developed safety
plans, accompanied clients through court proceedings, and collaborated closely with law enforcement
and prosecutors. I also designed and facilitated legal education seminars and trained staff on
protective order processes, strengthening both client empowerment and organizational capacity.
Across all roles, I have demonstrated strengths in:
• Crisis stabilization and high-risk case management
• Trauma-informed assessment and individualized care planning
• Court advocacy and legal systems navigation
• Housing retention and eviction prevention
• Behavioral health coordination and medical case management
• Regulatory compliance, documentation, and funding adherence
What differentiates me is my ability to balance compassion with structure. I do not simply connect
clients to resources; I build sustainable systems of support around them. I understand program
requirements, funding compliance, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the importance of measurable
outcomes in service delivery. My work consistently strengthens client stability while protecting
program integrity.
I am drawn to organizations that value accountability, collaboration, and client empowerment. I
would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence to
your team and contribute meaningfully to your mission.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my
experience can support your goals.
Sincerely,
Vicki Wulfsohn, MSW
