Essential Functions

Serve as a trusted liaison between the President/CEO and internal/external constituencies.

Manage the President/CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Assists the CEO in maintaining compliance standards related to the governing body and administration

Schedules and coordinates arrangement

Takes notes

Composed and types in an accurate and timely manner, board of trustees meeting minutes and other related meetings

Assists CEO and C-Suite level executives in scheduling meetings (i.e. in person meetings, or Zoom, Teams, and conference calls)

Composes letters and memoranda for CEO and other C-suite level executives

Make travel arrangements for C-Suite level executives and other internal stakeholders

Ensures an efficient paper and/or electronic filing system

Regarding the Property Managers

Supervise 40 Property Managers and their assistants

Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish

Supervise subcontractors, track schedules, and ensure project milestones are met

Enforce safety standards and perform quality control inspections

Communicate daily with Project Managers, clients, and vendors

Ensure timely project delivery within budget and company standard

Utilize project management tools and software to maintain documentation

Retail construction/ground up construction

Traveling from site to site

Advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals are all methods for attracting new tenants

Conducting tenant interviews and credit checks

Negotiating short term rentals, event spaces, and enforcing lease agreements/license agreements are all tasks that must be completed. Budget planning and management

Systems created for Tenant complaints, and the same are handled, and vacant units are inspected

Contracting and supervising maintenance and repair work

Rent collection, late payment resolution, and operating expense management are all tasks that must be completed

Tracking of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, and maintenance, among other things

Terminating leases and bringing eviction proceedings against tenants
