o LCAM 10.2025 to 01.2026 as Portfolio Manager at Vesta Property Services, St. Petersburg. Lack of full and correct information from supervisor created problems that I was dismissed for. o LCAM 2023 to 8.2025 as Portfolio Manager at Condominium Associates. Experience with CINC software.

Invoice Approval, Work Orders, Management Plan, Action Items, etc. CINC Websites, for uploading association documents, including contracts, financials, minutes of meetings, Weekly and Monthly reports, etc.

Managing HOAs and Condominiums.

o LCAM January through October, Portfolio Manager at Progressive Management. Managed 7 – 9 communities, HOAs and Condominiums.

o LCAM March 2016 – December 31, 2022, Portfolio Manager for First Choice Management. Business Closed.

Worked with 9 – 12 communities, both HOAs and Condominiums. Included all aspects of management, procuring bids, working with vendors, working with and on behalf of the Board of Directors. Assisted owner with TOPS software, AR, AP, Banking and creating financial reports. o LCAM 2014 – 2015, Portfolio Manager for Ameritech. Managed 8 – 11 communities, both HOAs and Condominiums. o LCAM (From Asst. Mgr. to On-site, Portfolio, Director of Operations and CEO Seaboard Arbors Management Services. 1985 – 2010

Merged with Sentry Management end of 2010, performed Portfolio Management, until late 2014. Managed HOA and Condominium communities. Dealt with employee benefit packages, office equipment vendors, and updated employee Handbook.

o Prior 11 years in Hospital Housekeeping supervisory positions in Illinois and Florida. o 15 months as a Sanitary Engineer for a utility in Illinois. o United State Marine Corps, 1966 – 1970
