•Migrated the Vitria 3.1.7 GlobalAdmin Inbound project (includes Common Service, Service Interface, GlobalAdmin, Inbound Integration Models) to Vitria 4.3.

•Upgraded GlobalAdmin Outbound project (Common Service, Outbound Integration Models) to Vitria 4.3.
