Route Analysis and Optimization for Improved Performance:
− Oversee route planning and scheduling to optimize routes for efficiency, minimize delays, improve productivity, fuel consumption streamlining, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth logistics operations and timely delivery.
− Continuously evaluate and refine route strategies to maximize vehicle utilization, reduce transit times, minimize costs, improve delivery efficiency, enhance operational productivity, reduce expenses, and improve customer satisfaction through data-driven route optimization.
− Proactively monitor route performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, adjust routes in real-time, optimize delivery times and efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure optimal delivery outcomes through data-driven insights and agile route management, etc. Fleet Availability Management:
− Assign trucks to appropriate locations within the company and provide information on their status and availability. Coordinate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure trucks are ready and available for dispatch as needed.
− Monitor all local dispatches and track the movement of trucks to ensure timely deliveries. Update shipment tracking statuses accurately and promptly in the system for online visibility. Provide real-time information on the status and location of trucks within the company premises.
− Prepare and submit regular reports on truck movements, inventory levels, and logistics operations. Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations, etc.
Logistics and Distribution Excellence:
− Manage and coordinate all transport systems (inbound & outbound) and fleet management activities to ensure efficient logistics while implementing strategies to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational costs.
− Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operations to ensure seamless execution of inventory management, order processing, and delivery functions, such as ensuring on-time delivery and managing delivery exceptions, and optimizing routes and delivery processes.
− Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and promote continuous improvement. Order Fulfillment & Performance Analytics:
− Deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient and accurate order processing, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations.
− Processing orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery of customer orders.
− Analyzing inventory turnover, costs, and sales trends to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, improve forecasting accuracy, and generate reports on order status, shipment tracking, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions, etc Supervise Warehouse and Inventory Management Processes:

− Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations following internal control procedures, and verify that all goods received and dispatched are accurately documented, correctly labeled, and properly sealed.
− Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and security protocols across all warehouse operations and organize filing systems for inventory reports, receipts, and delivery notes, etc. Procurement and Supply Chain System:
− Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, evaluation, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.

- Provide ongoing driver training, including safety protocols, eco-driving techniques, regulatory compliance, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility, and compliance with traffic laws.

Fleet Optimization and Cost Control System:

Telematic Operation System
- Monitor delays, time spent at customer locations, diversions, illegal loadings, and intervene in the situation, and warn drivers immediately by reporting the event to the management.
- Flag off immediate issues, prepare reports on violations of geo-fences such as speed limits, substance abuse, night driving, over-speeding, harsh braking, curfews, etc., to manage and ensure all incident reports are monitored, recorded, and followed up for fleet management.
- Compile daily and weekly reports on fleet movement, e.g., areas visited, mileage, fuel consumption, trends, issues, and vehicle usage, including recommendations on adjustments of fleet, usage, fleet maintenance expense, etc.
Journey Management Plan:
- Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable journey planning and execution, minimizing risks and disruptions while maximizing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business success through proactive planning, real-time monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with journeys, such as security threats, weather conditions, or logistical challenges etc.
Emergency Planning and Response Action:
- Coordinate emergency vehicle support, including breakdowns and accidents, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may impact fleet availability or safety.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive emergency planning and response strategies, ensure the management is prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, minimize risks, and protect people, assets, and the environment.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into accidents and incidents to determine root causes, identify preventive measures, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Regulatory Compliance:
