I am excited to apply for the Enumerator position at CIFOR & ICRAF. Currently pursuing a Certificate in Social Work, I am passionate about community development and field research. My vast experience in enumeration activities has equipped me with strong skills in data collection, stakeholder engagement, and fieldwork logistics.

I have worked with RECONCILE on various projects and contributed to ILRI's implementation of gender and social inclusion in climate change adaptation initiatives in Baringo County. These roles involved conducting surveys, facilitating community conversations, and using digital tools such as ODK to collect high-quality data. My ability to interact effectively with diverse communities, coupled with my commitment to accuracy and ethical research, makes me well-suited for this position.

Being familiar with the local context and fluent in the kalejin language, I can engage effectively with farmers and stakeholders in the target areas. I am eager to contribute to this initiative by ensuring reliable and comprehensive data collection for the Restoring Trees and Livelihoods in Kenya project.
