- I ran a query on every name to ensure the donor was not “banned” from donating blood products in the United States. If so, I had to run a special report and my supervisor had to be notified so the blood products could be put on hold for that donor. I was required to be organized, secure with sensitive details, trusted, accurate and fast in the data entry of confidential and personal information in the database.
- I had to memorize and comprehend different blood donation codes, enter them accurately in the database to properly release the blood products for the lab to process them.

- I batched lockbox deposits and balanced deposits on a constant basis.
