Formed task force to solve major quality related problems. Problem solving techniques such as SQC tools and seven tools of quality to address the issues.

Holds TPM Green belt holder in FY09 after conducting 2 successful projects.

Holds Six Sigma Green Belt in FY10.

Established vendor Development for manufacturing of substrate material for Bearings and Fabrication of components for Power Generation, Cement industry and Steel Industry.

Project member in Reducing the cycle time of Internal grinding process from 5.5 hrs to 3 hrs

Project member in reducing the cycle time from 1hr 45 mins to 1hr 10 mins in Finish Turning process

Project member in RFT Improvement of Bearing from 67.9% to 95% by implementing 6 Sigma Project which saves $21000 per annum.

Project member in setup time reduction in Finish Turning process from 8hrs to 2.5hrs which in turn increasing the Output of 660pcs per annum.
