oEnsure the perpetual, quarterly and half yearly stock taking is conducted across all locations and the stock variances are approved and adjusted
oEnsure that the Parts team constantly works towards achieving the standards agreed with the management and business partners
oOn quarterly basis review non-moving stock and arrange for liquidation of the same with necessary approvals.
oRegularly monitor and record picking / receiving errors and perform root cause analysis to improve system and process as required.

oPrepare yearly plan for all the business verticals and support depts.
