oManage first level of Parts complaint escalations and provide immediate solutions

oRegularly review the Vehicle waiting for Parts with the Parts and service advisors and ensure prompt follow-up with suppliers and timely feedback to customers.

oEnsure the perpetual, quarterly and half yearly stock taking is conducted across all locations and the stock variances are approved and adjusted

oEnsure that the Parts team constantly works towards achieving the standards agreed with the management and business partners

oOn quarterly basis review non-moving stock and arrange for liquidation of the same with necessary approvals.

oRegularly monitor and record picking / receiving errors and perform root cause analysis to improve system and process as required.

Business planning

oPrepare yearly plan for all the business verticals and support depts.

oPrepare data on monthly basis for review with all verticals against approved yearly plan and schedule meetings with the operations and senior management

oApprove and monitor the capex and revex spend against yearly plan across divisions on monthly basis

oEnsure internal incentive schemes are released on time and understood by all concerned
