My name is Rachael and I have 4 children of my own. Two are very successful in college, one graduates this year with straight A’s and my youngest is 13. I have raised my children myself without any help. I am currently enrolled in college pursuing my bachelor’s in social services and criminal law. There is nothing I haven’t been able to succeed in life so far. I am leaving my current position because the business was sold. I enjoy doing something that I am very passionate about and that’s working with people. My customers become family. I have been a supervisor ever since high school. I recently married almost 4 years ago, and my husband and I are adopting our niece who is 13weeks old. I will be getting certified through dcfs soon and have already passed the background check for our niece and do not mind taking another one. I have a very clean record and very reliable transportation. I grew up on the lake and love the outdoors and especially fishing. Ive ran multiple businesses at once including convenience stores/gas stations, restaurants and the bar industry and have many certifications. I also spent about 5 years in the manufacturing supervisory role overlooking and training hundreds of employees. I manage 14 employees and am in charge of all of the hiring, ordering, inventory, payroll, data entry and being able to preform every job in the store. We have 5 other stores and I do all of the bookkeeping, data entry, payroll and unemployment claims, accounting and 401k for over 200 employees.
