•Conduct the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for owned requisitions including, but not limited to:

•Provide innovative candidate sourcing to produce sustainable talent pipelines and maintain a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates.

•Coordinate and facilitate panel interviews with hiring managers.

•Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and principles are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to onboarding; recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline.

•Collect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environment

•Represent the company at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, sponsored events, etc.), and provide the public with information about the company and career opportunities.

•Participate in the development and management of PWSA’s summer internship program, including coordination and execution of orientation, project alignment, and program feedback.

•Conduct new employee orientations as needed to ensure employees gain an understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
