Customer Service Advocate: Medicare and dual complete accounts. Main job was to explain to members what their benefits were and to help them setup appointments. Other task was to do Verbal Grievance again hospitals and Primary Care Doctors in and out of network.
Iqor 2018 : Inbound call center for Asurion cell phone insurance. Main job was to help customers file insurance for cell phones for major carriers of Asurion. Dialog Direct 2017: Keefe program for taking payments and deposits for family and friends who have inmates within the prisons systems. Daily job was to log in remotely working from home to our vm machines. Answering incoming calls and assist customers with deposits, payments, and technical issues.
J and B call center (1099 contract jobs) ATT 2012-2014 wireless for Arise Corporation as well as Comcast contract.
