Provide Leadership and safety for 30 employees within a 60,000-sf indoor amusement park. P&L accountability for entire building (bar, café, redemption prizes, front cashier, and party rooms). Responsible for all Projects, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Construction within and around the building. Provide constant training of all equipment within the building. Developed an S.O.P system for each individual attraction that we had within the building. Make sure all inspections are up to code (grease trap, fire extinguisher, Ansul system, food, bar, building) and licenses are valid. Responsible for dealings with all vendors and contractors and future planning and budgeting. Responsible for conventions visits in multiple Cities to view and study new attractions before purchases.
