Linkage from Dockside and other agencies including probation and the Department of Child Services. Attend court hearings based on the needs of the foster and biological families. Complete RAPT trainings for any individuals interested in becoming a licensed foster parent/family, as well as completing initial and annual home studies. I also complete foster parent’s payroll every 2 weeks as well as ongoing, twice monthly, in-service foster parent trainings twice monthly. Cover for any staff that might be on sick leave or vacation. Work in probation, Family Preservation (KEEP), Home Based Case Management, Drug Screen, the Foster Care Department, and maintain a full case load. Complete treatment plans, comprehensive mental health assessment, chart audits, and any other documents that are out of compliance.
